Michael Hess joined LEM Products, Inc. in 2016.  He is a performance-driven operations leader with extensive domestic and global experience in the injection molding, printing and custom assembly industries. His remarkable achievements in streamlining and maximizing operations include successes in manufacturing, strategic sourcing, marketing, supply chain, sales and general management. Over the course of his career, Hess has built a reputation for building and managing high-performing teams that consistently produce results which far exceed corporate expectations.

Prior to joining LEM Products, Inc., Michael Hess spent eight years as Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing, Labels and then as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Checkpoint Systems, Inc. Hess has also worked for Monarch Plastics, Rennoc Corporation and WS Packaging Group, Inc. In each role, Hess’s various victories included drastic reductions in operating expenses, the consolidation of complex manufacturing operations and growth of sales.
