Trident Solutions, Inc. Acquires LEM Products, Inc.

Trident Solutions, Inc. (“Trident”) of Sherman, TX, would like to announce the acquisition of LEM Products Inc. (“LEM”). The acquisition closed on December 17th, 2021. River Associates and Trident worked diligently to complete the transaction in just under two months. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
