UL Listing
LEM Products, Inc is a UL Authorized Label Supplier Program participant under file number LP5461.
UL provides certification to OEM’s and manufacturers that can easily recognized by customers by means of the UL Mark on the product.
The high importance of the UL Mark requires OEM’s and manufacturers to obtain approval of the UL Mark from the UL Label Center to verify that all required information is in an acceptable format. This must be done prior to reproduction and application of the UL Mark, thus eliminating potential disruption in production due to an unacceptable UL Mark design.
UL maintains a database of authorized label suppliers, such as LEM Products, Inc. These suppliers have a signed agreement with UL and are authorized by UL to print labels with the UL Mark.
Types of Recognized Component Labels:
PGDQ2 Marking and Labeling Systems:
Compliant UL recognized component labels, printed by LEM Products, Inc. and shipped to the component manufacturer with no additional printing bothers.
PGJI2 Marking and Labeling Systems – Printing Materials:
Compliant UL recognized component labels, printed by LEM Products, Inc. and shipped to the component manufacturer who can add printing by means of thermal transfer ribbon.
Combination Labels:
A component label with printed safety information as well as a UL Certifications Mark.
